Stephanie Wimpenny has been a licensed real estate agent since 2016 and brings a depth of experience, training, and passion that sets her apart in the marketplace.

In 2021, Stephanie relocated to the South Burnett region with her young family and now proudly calls Blackbutt home. Living and working locally has deepened her understanding of the community, its people, and the unique emotional and practical considerations that come with buying and selling property in regional towns.

Stephanie has appeared on national television, featuring on The Mentor with Mark Bouris of Yellow Brick Road Mortgages, and has been mentored by some of the most respected leaders in the Australian real estate industry. Her training includes working alongside elite agents and educators such as Matt Steinwade, Tom Panos, Matt Lancashire, as well as renowned business and sales mentors Aaron Sansoni, Glenn Twiddle, Joel Bauer, and Lloyd Ross.

At the heart of Stephanie’s work is a deep passion for real estate and people. She is particularly committed to supporting downsizers, guiding them through what can be one of life’s most significant and emotionally challenging transitions. She is also the proud founder and owner of South Burnett Performing Arts Academy which produces major community-focused productions across the South Burnett region, creating opportunities for young people to shine.
