Nicky Hopkinson

Passionate and committed to consistently exceeding expectations, some of you may already recognize me as the owner and founder of Off The Grid Cafe, located at Dalby Hospital, where I dedicated nearly five years to its success. Eighteen months ago, I transitioned into a career in Property Management. My extensive experience in property renovation and ownership of rental properties has provided me with invaluable insights into the responsibilities of a landlord. I am well-acquainted with the challenges that can arise in this role, and I firmly believe that attention to detail and strong communication skills are pivotal for any Property Manager.

While I may be relatively new to this role, I have successfully taken on several new property managements, fostering strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the landlords who have entrusted me to ensure their properties are managed with excellence and care.
