Crystal Berg

Crystal  started in Real Estate in 2021 and started her Journey with 1 Property Centre in 2022. She was employed as the Property Manager in Yarraman, then Blackbutt office. She was able to grow a successful rent roll, with good communication skills, conflict resolution, getting on top of maintenance before it became a bigger and more expensive issue. Sourcing great trades and tenants, to make it a smooth transition all around.

She took a short break on her relocation back to her home town and focused on Renovations and hobby Farming.

Crystal was raised in Delaneys Creek, and went to the local primary school and high school in the area. She has watched the 3 local small towns go from very small rural areas, to the expansion they are today.

Crystal has experience with owning her own businesses and implements strong Business morals. Having her own businesses and with another business in the making, she understands what it takes behind the scenes to have a successful, profitable business.

Crystal has a Cert 3 in Legal Services, Diploma of Early Childhood and Education, Cert 3 in Business, and 2 years worth of studies of a Bachelor in Primary School education.

But Real Estate, is where her heart belongs.

Helping people with their Real Estate journey, whether it’s investing, Buying, Selling or Renting. She delivers a straight down the line approach, so that all parties understand where they stand.

Crystal is excited about bringing the 1 Property Centre business ethics to the area.
