Refer A Friend

The property management team at 1 Property Centre rewards our current landlords for referring our business:

– Refer one of your friends or associates to us and we will post you a cheque in the mail!

If you refer a new landlord to us and we end up with the management of their property, 1 Property Centre will reward you with half a week’s rent of that new property (For example if the landlord you refer brings us a $300/week property, we will post you a cheque for $150):

• If they have multiple properties we will reward you with half the total of the combined weeks rent of those properties (For example if the landlord you refer brings us a $300/week property and a $400/week property, we will post you a cheque for $350).
• If the property is tenanted we will reward you with half a week’s rent as soon as we take over management.
• If the property is vacant we will reward you with half a week’s rent once a new tenant has moved in.
• Just get the new landlord to mention they were referred by yourself and a cheque will be posted to you.
• This offer does not apply to those properties that have previously been managed by 1 Property Centre
